APH worked to develop the necessary standard operating procedures, checklists, QA/QC planning and execution to support a requirement for an FDA approved Food Safety level certification.
In May, 2021 we were audited by an independent 3rd party Food Specialty contractor. The audit was for a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification. APH passed with a very high score and as a result developed and put into practice a large range of food safety operating and quality control procedures that benefit our customers. |
